Success!!!!

Dad is out of surgery, and according to his surgeon, it went well. His surgeon said "his colon was completely diseased and about to fall apart" so they removed all but one small section at the end that they hopefully will use down the road for surgery #2. He said nurses that had done this for years gasped when they saw dad's colon, so we made the right decision, his body could never repair that.

We should be able to see dad in an hour or two. He was still in surgery getting stitched up and all the tubes removed. 

Keep the prayers up, we need to hope no infection sets in.
